Derived from New Zealands East Coast and the accomplished hands of winemaker Hugh Crichton. Notes of spiced pear, quince and apple beguile the nose and the palate, while a soft textural character plays nicely with the dry and gentle finish. Pairs well with seafood, chicken and salads.
