Mission Estate winemaker Paul Mooney has crafted a rugged individual with this fascinating wine. Complex flint and grapefruit pith notes mingle with the more “regulation” florals.

This medium-dry style packs a punch and would be an excellent choice with a brandy-infused rabbit terrine.
