Pepperjack Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from premium vineyards throughout the Barossa. Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon selected for Pepperjack have bright red and blue berried fruit flavours and fine talky tannins. The fruit is fermented for up to fourteen days depending on the parcel of fruit, and then aged for 12 to 15 months in a mix of French and American Oak.

This red wine gift can be delivered on its own or make it part of a beautiful wine gift basket or add it to some flowers or chocolates etc. 

All our wines and spirits are beautifully packaged in wine gift bags.
