Wonderfully soft and elegantly textured. Aromas of Damson plum and raspberry support a palate of dark plum and berry flavours, with fine tanins, a hint of coffee and vanillin oak. Enjoy with all red meats. Medium bodied, dry.

A great match for peppered fillet steak and mushrooms.
