Gold Medal - Concours Mondial Bruxelles Wine Comp. 2014

Fresh, complex cassis and mint fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillin oak. Full bodied with dense ripe cassis fruit flavours balanced with vanilla oak but yet long and smooth. Selected premium vineyards experienced ideal growing conditions producing wines of high sugar and flavours.

The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. Portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Try with char grilled sirloin or a hearty minestrone.

This red wine gift can be delivered on its own or make it part of a beautiful wine gift basket or add it to some flowers or chocolates etc.
