A wonderful deep rich purple, this wine is very appealing in the glass. Generous plum and blueberries harmoniously blend with soft oak notes. Ripe plum and wild berries combine with spice and vanilla oak on the palate following into smooth round tannins and a long dry finish.

This wine is perfect with barbequed beef, and tastes great with rich tomato-based pasta dishes and strong cheeses.
