Ginger, lychee, musk and pear aromas delight with their intensity and purity. Its floral yet it exhibits cool-climate characteristics with
complexity and a touch of minerality.

The grapes were gently pressed and the juice run to tank for a long, natural ferment. A slow ferment at cool temperatures has helped retain as much of the wonderful aromatics as possible. To build richness and texture, the wine was left to age on lees through winter before it was gently fined and filtered before bottling in spring.

This red wine gift can be delivered on its own or make it part of a beautiful wine gift basket or add it to some flowers or chocolates etc.
