TASTING NOTES 

The VSOP Rémy Martin is a classic and the cognac houses bestseller. It can be seen as the flagship of Rémy Martin, the cognac consists up to 100 different eaux-de-vies, and the age of the spirits is between 4 and 15 years. A Fine Champagne blend, which means that the distilled wine comes from the terroir of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne - the two best crus of the Charente cognac area. 

The colour of this cognac is golden pale, on the nose: Vanilla, roses - some soft fruits and an idea of almond. The palate more smooth, balanced and auite round for a VSOP. The finish lasts for some minutes.
