Bright cherry in colour with bright, lifted cassis/cherry aromas and lifted floral and violet notes. A well defined Pinot Noir exhibiting juicy red fruits. Light, soft tannins complement the savoury highlight and the finish is long and bright.

This wine with beautiful fruity texture, lightly seasoned with oak. This is a very fresh and lighter style of pinot goes perfectly with Chinese roasted pork, or with nice warm black olives.
