Wine tasting notes

Creamy, full bodied sparkling made with 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Biscuits and toast in the mid palate with fine mousse. The wine was made in the traditional method and aged on lees for 4 years. A serious sparkling with good length.

This sparkling wine gift can be delivered on its own or make it part of a beautiful sparkling wine gift basket or add it to some flowers, chocolates or let us attach it to a personalized helium balloon etc. All our wines and spirits are beautifully packaged in wine gift bags.
