Fresh lime & gooseberry with hints of sweet hay on the nose. Gooseberry, nectarine & lime also on the palate with hints of cut grass.

Delicious sweet fruit balanced with soft ripe acidity & an underlying mineral finish. Mouth filling and crisp.

Great drinking on its own and wonderful with Antipasto & shellfish.
