Made from 80% Chardonnay sourced from Hawke's Bay and 20% Pinot Noir from Marlborough, this is Oyster Bay's take on a pink Champagne, which undergoes its secondary fermentation in the tank, thus producing a more youthful character than many traditional method wines.

Exhibits a typically Kiwi intensity of flavour, with cherry and strawberry fragrances taking the centre stage. The bubbles are fine and persistent, providing a long, crisp and refreshing finish. Serve at any celebration.

This sparkling wine gift can be delivered on its own or make it part of a beautiful sparkling wine gift basket or add it to some flowers, chocolates or let us attach it to a personalized helium balloon etc. All our wines and spirits are beautifully packaged in wine gift bags.
