This Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits. This flavour is complimented by underlying flinty / mineral notes. The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence.
