Wine tasting notes

Bright, very pale straw colour with some green hues. The bubbles mare moderately persistent and small. This has a softly full and voluminous bouquet of passionfruit and ripe tropical fruits, with some pungency, the nose with good depth. Off-dry to taste, this has good frothy, creamy effervescence and a full, rich and well-flavoured palate with deep, pungent passionfruity flavours.
