GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL – DISCLAIMER

You must be over 18 years of age to order gifts containing any alcohol content including gift baskets, gift boxes or gift hampers.

Statutory Requirement

Alcohol deliveries required to be signed for by the customer or an authorised person over the age of 18. We CANNOT deliver alcohol to unattended premises, P.O. Boxes. If the premises is found to be unattended, an additional fee of up to $15 may be required for redelivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our Standard Delivery Fee is $15 by courier. Please contact us if you have any special requirements

An order confirmation will be emailed to you upon Best Of The Bunch receiving your order.
All gifts are delivered by "track and trace" courier.

Please insure the delivery address is correct, and is a physical location. PO Box number are NOT acceptable for delivery address details. Best Of The Bunch cannot take any responsibility for incorrect delivery details received, and consequent costs that may be incurred.

Deliveries to apartments.

Please insure someone will be home on the expected day of delivery. Due to security and access codes in apartment building it can make it difficult for couriers to gain access. Best Of The Bunch recommend you supply the gift recipient's phone number to assist with any delivery difficulties. Ensure details of floor number, unit number, street address apartment name are included in your recipient's delivery address details.

Delivery Pricing - Our Standard Delivery Fee is $15 by courier to North Island. Please contact us if you have any special requirements

Delivery Times

All metropolitan areas within the North Island - we will attempt to deliver same day otherwise 'next day' delivery Monday to Friday 

NOTE: Same Day Delivery - Orders must be in by 12pm for same day deliveries to metropolitan areas.

Rural North Island areas - please allow 48 hour delivery 
Rural South Island areas - please allow an extra 12 hours. (1-3 days)

There are no deliveries Sundays and public holidays. Any orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the first available weekday.

We will endeavour to deliver all goods as quickly as possible however delivery times are dependent upon courier schedules, especially at peak times such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day.

If you require an urgent, last minute delivery call us on 04 4999 005 and we will endeavour to arrange a delivery as quickly as we can. Best Of The Bunch can give you an estimated delivery time and additional cost based on current couriers schedules and pickup times.

Delivery Issues

Best Of The Bunch uses "track and trace" courier for delivery. Should your product not arrive on the expected day, call us immediately on 04 4999 005 and we will ensure the delivery is resolved, or a new item will be sent.

RETURNS POLICY GUARANTEE

Best Of The Bunch is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason your gift arrives damaged or not in perfect condition it may be exchanged for another gift to the same value, or a refund will be issued.

Simply return the gift to Best Of The Bunch, 45 Pipitea Street, Thorndon, Wellington , New Zealand within seven (7) days of receipt. All prices are quoted in NZ Dollars. Prices displayed on each product are per item and GST inclusive. All delivery (courier) charges are included (unless specially requested) and added prior to the checkout process.
